Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time Opportunity in Wisconsin
Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in a Wisconsin school district for the 2025-2026 academic year. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with students, educators, and families to support speech and language development throughout the full school year.
Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)

Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
-
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to students' communication goals
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided
-
Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student support

Adhere to school district policies and state regulations regarding speech therapy services
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
-
Active Wisconsin SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but CFs may be considered

Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
