Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week) or Part-Time (flexible hours)
Job Details:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Attleboro, MA. In this role, you will provide speech-language therapy services to students in a school setting. Your primary responsibility will be to support students with a wide range of speech and language needs, ensuring they have the necessary tools to succeed in their academic and social environments. This position can be either full-time or part-time, depending on your availability.

Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.

Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language disorders.

Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs.

Manage a manageable caseload to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and tracking progress.

Support students’ academic growth by improving their communication skills.
Requirements:

Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE).

MA Board Certification for Speech-Language Pathology.

Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred, but not required.

Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and students.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage a caseload of students with varying needs and age ranges.
