Location: Arcadia, LA
Dates: Estimated August 4th, 2025 to May 22nd, 2026
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Job Details:
We are seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in Arcadia, LA, for the 2025-2026 school year. The selected candidates will provide specialized speech and language services to students in need of support, working in collaboration with educators and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for each student. Provide speech and language services to students, including assessments, therapy, and the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
Implement therapy techniques designed to improve communication, language, and speech skills in a diverse student population.
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals and strategies for students.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active state licensure and ASHA certification (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of students and staff.
