This position is focused on helping students develop crucial social communication skills. You will work with students of all ages to enhance their ability to interact appropriately with peers and adults, fostering positive social and emotional growth.
Responsibilities:

Provide speech therapy that focuses on social communication and interaction

Develop individual and group sessions to enhance social skills

Collaborate with teachers and parents to track progress and address specific needs

Complete Medicaid billing and other documentation
-
Support students with social challenges and communication delays
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Mexico
-
Experience working with social skills development for K-12 students
-
Knowledge of Power School, Tienet, and Special Programs

Medicaid billing experience
