Virtual Teletherapy - Speech Language Pathologists - Needed in Virginia
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time or part-time virtual school-based position in Virginia. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide teletherapy speech and language services to K-12 students.
- Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs).
- Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
- Maintain compliance with Virginia state regulations for tele practice and school-based therapy services.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Virginia SLP License issued by the Virginia Board of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
- Virginia Teaching Certification or ability to obtain one.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of school-based or pediatric SLP experience.
- Prior teletherapy experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and technology.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
State-Specific Requirements for Virginia:
- Active Virginia SLP License through the Virginia Board of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology.
- Familiarity with Virginia Department of Education regulations for school-based SLPs.
- Must meet state tele practice requirements for delivering virtual therapy.
