Soliant Health is looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team in Troy, NY. This is a full or part-time position, offering the opportunity to work 2-5 days per week for the remainder of the school year.

Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to students with communication disorders
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Qualifications:
- Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
