Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Join Our Team!
Location: Middle and High School Campuses
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full Time
Caseload: Approximately 30-40 students with diverse needs
We’re excited to announce an opening for a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work onsite with middle and high school students who have a variety of speech and language challenges. As an integral member of the team, you will help students improve communication skills that support their academic, social, and personal success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs
- Conduct assessments and re-evaluations to identify speech and language goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely reports as required by district and state guidelines
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state SLP licensure (CCC-SLP preferred, CFY considered)
- Experience with middle and high school students is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
