Speech Language Pathologist - SLP CFY
Position Overview:
Soliant Health is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, full-year position in a school district near Alamosa, CO. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SLP or a recent graduate to make a positive impact on students' lives by helping them improve communication skills in a supportive and dynamic school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and individualized therapy to students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on student needs and goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create and maintain student support plans.
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting therapy approaches as needed.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and ensure compliance with all district and state requirements.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility for licensure in Colorado).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Position Details:
- Full-Time, Full-Year – Monday to Friday schedule, during the school year.
