Position Overview: As a Remote Audiologist with VocoVision, you will provide virtual audiology services to students in Colorado, helping them address hearing-related issues and improve their overall auditory health. This role is ideal for a compassionate professional with experience in audiology who thrives in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual audiology assessments and diagnostic evaluations for students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and recommendations based on assessment results.
- Provide virtual hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with students, parents, and educational staff to address hearing-related needs and support academic success.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress.
- Stay updated on the latest audiology practices and telehealth technologies.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Audiology (Au.D. or M.A./M.S.).
- Valid audiology license in Colorado.
- Previous experience as an audiologist, preferably with experience in a remote or telehealth setting.
- Strong understanding of virtual audiology tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Commitment to providing high-quality audiology services to students.
