Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position - Sunnyvale, CA
ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive district and provide essential services to elementary school students.
Job Details:
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, ASAP through June 12, 2025
Caseload: Split between two elementary sites
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.
- Maintain accurate records of services and monitor student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and other team-based school activities.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active California SLP License or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs with strong experience will also be considered.
- School-based experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in organizing and managing caseloads across multiple sites.
