School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position - Kinston, NC
ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Kinston, NC. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with students in grades K-8, helping them overcome communication challenges and achieve their academic goals.
Job Details:
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Kinston, NC
Grade Levels: K-8th
Schedule: Full-Time
Dates: ASAP – End of School Year
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to K-8 students with a variety of communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' IEPs.
- Conduct evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings.
Requirements:
- Active North Carolina SLP License.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs will also be considered.
- Experience working in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
