Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Auburn, WA. This role involves working with a diverse caseload ranging from Pre-K to high school students, with approximately 44 students on the caseload. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a school setting and be proficient in handling Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students from Pre-K to high school.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 44 students with varying speech and language needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student.
- Conduct assessments, provide therapy, and monitor progress to ensure students meet their communication goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students’ communication development.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active SLP license in the state of Washington.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Proficiency with IEPs and experience managing a diverse caseload.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
