Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team, providing support to students in a school setting. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to help students with communication challenges achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing therapy plans developed by the SLP
- Provide direct therapy services to students
- Document student progress and report to the supervising SLP
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff
Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license in CA
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under the supervision of an SLP
