School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/SLPA) w/ Benefits Near Woodridge, IL
An elementary school near Woodridge, IL, is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/SLPA) for the 2024-2025 school year. The position includes guaranteed hours, comprehensive benefits and flexibility.
Required Qualifications:
- Active SLP-CCC or SLPA License in Illinois
- Preferred experience in school-based and/ or pediatric settings
Position Schedule & Duration:
- Full-time, 8:30 a.m. to 3:40 p.m. Monday through Friday
- ASAP to May 28, 2025
Position Description:
- Caseload of elementary students that are in a speech-only, supported education program
- Conduct evaluations in order to develop personalized therapy plans to address students' specific communication challenges
- Implement and update students' Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with support from a multidisciplinary team
