School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/SLPA) Opportunity Near Hillside, IL w/ Benefits
A school district near Hillside, IL, is interviewing for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/SLPA) for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a full-time position offering 40 guaranteed hours per week and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Update and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans.
- Participate in IEP and 504 meetings with the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) team.
- Provide speech therapy services (direct and indirect) to approximately 45 students in grades kindergarten through eighth.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Experience in school settings and/or pediatrics.
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL).
- Active SLP or SLPA license in Illinois.
