Job Title: School SLP – Killeen, TX (Full-Time/Part-Time)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Killeen, TX. This position offers flexibility, as we are open to both full-time and part-time candidates. As an SLP in a school setting, you will provide essential therapy and support for students with speech and language needs across various grade levels.

- Caseload: Varies depending on position and needs
- Age/Grade Level: Elementary through High School
Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP licensure
- CCC-SLP preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates may be considered
- Experience working in a school-based setting is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with IEP development and implementation
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across various grade levels
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other school staff
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment plans
- Provide speech and language screenings and evaluations
- Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
- Offer guidance to staff and families on ways to support speech and language development
