School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Job

Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with a school district near St. Augusta, Minnesota for the current school year. This is a full-time, onsite position that provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' speech and language development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop appropriate goals and strategies
- Monitor and document students' progress regularly
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Minnesota SLP Licensure
- Previous pediatric or school based experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
