Job Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Vancouver, WA. The ideal candidate will have experience providing direct therapy services to students, conducting evaluations, and creating individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the educational team to support students’ communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and IEPs
- Support students with various speech and language disabilities, ensuring their success in both educational and social settings
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Must have an active Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate
- Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience: Prior experience in a school setting is preferred
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
