Position Summary:
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in California. In this role, you will evaluate and treat clients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, working with both pediatric and adult populations. This is a great opportunity for SLPs at all levels of experience to make a difference in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing skills.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy in individual or group settings.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports.
- Stay current with the latest research and treatment approaches in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active California licensure as an SLP.
- CCC-SLP certification preferred, but not required.
- Experience with pediatric or adult populations is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
