Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for a K-12 caseload with diverse speech and language disorders. Although residing in Nevada is not a requirement, candidates must be licensed in both their home state and Nevada to be eligible.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ speech and language needs. You will design individualized treatment plans that cater to each student's unique requirements and regularly monitor their progress. Active participation in IEP meetings and collaboration with educational staff will also be essential parts of your role, allowing you to contribute meaningfully to the students’ educational experiences. You will deliver therapy sessions using our robust digital platform, ensuring a high standard of care.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and possess the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Licensure in both the state of residence and Nevada is required. We prefer candidates with a minimum of five years of experience, including at least two years in a school setting. Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to fostering student success are essential.
Compensation
The compensation for this position is based on individual experience and the district's budget, with an average hourly rate ranging from $38 to $48.
