School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Help Students Find Their Voice!
We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. You'll work directly with students to support their communication development and help them succeed in school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the SLP in providing therapy to students with speech and language challenges.
- Implement treatment plans and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support communication goals.
- Document sessions and provide feedback to the supervising SLP.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Current SLPA license or certification in Massachusetts.
- Experience with pediatric or school-based settings (preferred).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
