School Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) - Vancouver, Washington
Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join a school district in Vancouver, Washington. We are actively conducting interviews and hiring for the current school year. As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.

Job Details:
- Full-time position
- Full School Year
- Caseload & school site will be discussed during the interview.
- Pay range - $20 - $35 (based on prior experience and interview)
Job Requirements:
- Active state SLP License
- Active Teaching certification (Only if required in your state)
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Attend IEP meetings and provide reports on student progress
