Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Current Massachusetts SLPA license or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a school setting preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Speech Language Pathologist in implementing therapy plans
- Support students in individual and group therapy sessions
- Document student progress and maintain records
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote communication strategies in the classroom
