Speech Language Pathologist Assistant
ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant for next school year for a contract position located in the Sacramento, CA area. Job Description:
- SLPA
- Full-time, 32.5 hours per week
- K-12th
- 24/25 school year
- Assist the speech-language pathologist (SLP) in providing speech and language therapy to students.
- Conduct individual or small group therapy sessions under the supervision of the SLP.
- Implement therapy plans and activities designed by the SLP to achieve students' speech and language goals.
- Support communication and language development in classroom settings.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and document student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational professionals to address students' communication needs.
- Assist in preparing materials and resources for therapy sessions.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with students and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelors Degree
- State SLPA License

Since this job opening is full-time a generous benefits package is offered.
As a ProCare contracted employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis. Your compensation package will be individualized to your needs, and will be made up with a W-2 hourly rate that is based upon your experience level.
