Position: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Position Summary:
ProCare Therapy is looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to work with students in Elk Grove, CA. This role provides an excellent opportunity to support students’ speech and language development under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). We are seeking someone dedicated to fostering student growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the supervising SLP to deliver speech and language therapy
- Implement treatment plans and support activities as outlined by the SLP
- Track and document student progress, sharing updates with the supervising SLP
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student goals
- Follow school and state guidelines for service delivery
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- California SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with children or in an educational setting is a plus
