Job Description: Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Norco, California. As an SLP, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' communication skills and overall quality of life.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience in an educational setting
- IEP experience preferred
- Experience with AAC devices
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals
- Providing therapy services to address articulation, language comprehension, fluency, voice, and swallowing difficulties
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes
- Documenting patient progress, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to regulatory requirements
- Participating in team meetings, continuing education opportunities, and professional development activities to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field
