(SLPA or SLP) Speech Language Pathologist - Gardner, MA - Full Time With Benefits School Based
SLPA Responsibilities:
- Assist the SLP in conducting therapy sessions with students
- Help students enhance their communication and language skills
- Document student progress and work closely with the SLP and school staff
SLP Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized therapy plans
- Deliver therapy sessions to address speech and language issues
- Keep thorough records and communicate progress with families and staff
Qualifications:
- SLPA: Certification and MA state licensure
- SLP: Master’s degree, MA state licensure, and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- School-based experience is a plus for both roles
