ProCare Therapy is currently seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists in Rhode Island who want to apply for a part-time School SLP opening for the rest of the 2024-2025 school year. We specialize in staffing Speech Pathologist roles and can help you navigate the different opportunities & factors involved to help find the perfect position for your skillsets. Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: Part Time (2 days per week 8:15am-3pm)
- Assignment Start & End Date: Aug 25, 2024- : June 18, 2025
- Caseload: Bilingual SLP, Duties include evals and push ins for kindergarten classrooms and intervention through MTSS model
- Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders.
- Provide direct speech therapy services to assigned caseload of students
- Complete necessary documentation & writeups for students (Indirect Services)
- Participate in IEP meetings as needed for assigned students
- Collaborate with Special Ed. Teachers & other staff to ensure student education goals are being me
- More details on day-to-day responsibilities to come from district during interview process
Qualifications:
- License / Certification: Can consider either CCC-SLP or CFY!
- Can consider out-of-state licenses for this opportunity!
- Technically Proficient: Applicant must mass an initial tech-screening process before interviewing
- Prior experience in school-based Speech Language Pathology preferred, but also open to first time School SLP's!
