Job Title: Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Detroit, MI

We are currently seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time position in Detroit, MI. Position Details:
- Hours: Part-time (Flexible schedule).
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Through the current school year, with the possibility for extension.
- Location: Onsite in Detroit, MI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students to identify areas of need.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with speech and language disorders.
- Provide direct therapy to students, both in individual and group sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals.
- Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech and language-related goals.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and school policies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active Michigan state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
