Position Overview:
- Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week

- Requirements: Masters in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
- Active SLP License in IL
- PEL required

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Individualized Support: Offer assistance to students, implementing tailored strategies and interventions for their behavioral and emotional challenges.
- Collaborate with Educators and Staff: Work closely with teachers, counselors, and other school personnel to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Implement and Monitor Support Plans: Assist in executing individualized support and intervention plans, tracking progress and effectiveness.
- Document Progress: Maintain detailed records of students’ progress and communicate insights with educators and parents.
- Facilitate Positive Development: Support students’ social skills and emotional growth, fostering a positive learning environment.
