Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Wylie, TX. This position is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about working with students to help them overcome communication challenges and thrive in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in a school-based setting.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) based on assessment results.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, and reports.
- Support students with speech and language goals, promoting their academic and social success.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (TX).
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required.
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families.
