Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy through virtual sessions for students in grades PreK-12.
- Perform initial evaluations and develop appropriate therapy plans.
- Work closely with teachers and school staff to incorporate speech goals into academic plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of services provided and progress made.
- Offer consultation to parents and educators on how to implement speech strategies.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and provide input on students' progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
- Must have a Kansas teaching certification.
- Two or more years of experience working in a school-based setting is preferred.
- Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and technology.
- High-speed internet and updated computer equipment.
