- Active Kentucky licensure or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting is a preferred.

- Knowledgeable regarding IEPs
Job Details:

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other PTs, SLPAs, and OT professionals
- Monitor and report patient progress
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
