Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Sealy, Texas
Overview: We are in search of a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team in Texas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for assisting students in overcoming communication challenges and fostering language development.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational professionals.
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team.
- Evaluate the communication skills of referred students and diagnose speech and/or language disorders.
- Perform evaluations on referred students and make treatment recommendations.
- Offer support and training to teachers for classroom communication.
Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Communication Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology
- Active SLP License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
