Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with various communication needs
- Provide direct speech therapy and monitor student progress, adjusting approaches as needed to support development
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student success in communication
- Maintain detailed records of sessions and document progress, ensuring compliance with school policies and state regulations
Qualifications:
- Certification: Washington SLP license required
- Education: Master's in Speech Language Pathology or relevant field
- Experience: Previous school-based experience is a plus, though new graduates are welcome to apply
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative abilities; flexible and adaptive approach with diverse caseloads
