Position Overview:

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Hudson, NH. This role is ideal for an SLP committed to supporting students' communication needs in a school environment throughout the entire academic year.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans for students with speech and language impairments.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, deliver targeted therapy, and monitor progress in areas such as articulation, fluency, and language development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy objectives into classroom activities and support students' overall educational success.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Participate in school meetings and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Valid SLP license or certification in New Hampshire.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with students, families, and educational staff.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail for managing documentation and tracking student progress.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
