Position Overview:
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Hudson, NH. This role is ideal for an SLP committed to supporting students' communication needs in a school environment throughout the entire academic year.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans for students with speech and language impairments.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, deliver targeted therapy, and monitor progress in areas such as articulation, fluency, and language development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy objectives into classroom activities and support students' overall educational success.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, and communication with stakeholders.
- Participate in school meetings and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Valid SLP license or certification in New Hampshire.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with students, families, and educational staff.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail for managing documentation and tracking student progress.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
