School Based Speech Pathologist (SLP)

Soliant Education is seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in beautiful Monterey, CA. This position offers flexibility with options for full-time or part-time work throughout the school year. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans for students with speech and language disorders.
- Conduct assessments, provide therapy, and monitor progress to support students' articulation, fluency, and overall language development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate speech and language goals into classroom activities and support students' educational success.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, and communication with stakeholders.
- Participate in school meetings and professional development to stay current with best practices and educational strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Valid SLP license or certification in California.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing documentation and tracking progress.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
