Job Description:
Soliant is actively seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Springfield, VT. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with communication disorders, including speech, language, and social communication issues. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals and succeed academically.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose speech and language impairments.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
- Provide direct therapy services in alignment with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Document student progress and maintain records for compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Vermont SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
