Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team for a full-time position in Redwood City, CA, for the 2024-2025 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives while working in a supportive school environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in delivering therapy services to students.
- Implement therapy plans and activities as directed by the supervising SLP.
- Monitor and document student progress effectively.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to promote student success.
Qualifications:
- Active California SLPA License.
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
