School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Position - Hawthorne, CA
Are you a dedicated SLPA with a passion for supporting students' communication needs? We are currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant for a part-time position in Hawthorne, CA.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active or pending California SLPA license
Position Details:
- Location: Elementary site (TK-5)
- Schedule: 2 days per week
- Hours: 8:15 AM - 3:15 PM, with one hour of prep daily
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with school staff and lead SLP to support students' speech and language goals
- Provide therapy sessions and monitor student progress
- Maintain detailed records and assist with program development
