Job Type: Full-Time, Contract
Hourly Pay Range: $30 - $40 per hour (Based on experience)

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Mill City, OR. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in delivering therapy sessions.
- Work with students individually and in small groups to support speech and language development.
- Implement therapy activities as directed by the supervising SLP.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the IEP team to support student success.
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Oregon SLPA licensure or eligibility to obtain.
- Prior experience in a school setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
