Soliant is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Lansdale, PA. This is an excellent opportunity to work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and assist in providing vital speech therapy services to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the SLP in conducting speech and language assessments.
- Provide speech therapy services to students as directed by the supervising SLP.
- Support students in individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on speech and language development.
- Document student progress and report any concerns to the supervising SLP.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure effective service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Pennsylvania SLPA license or eligibility for licensure.
- Previous experience working with children in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
