We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a school-based position in Lake Tapps, WA. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing therapy plans for students with speech and language challenges.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions as directed by the supervising SLP.
- Document therapy sessions and report student progress.
- Collaborate with educators and staff to support student communication goals.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
- Valid Washington SLPA license.
- School-based experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
