Job Description:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide vital speech and language services to students, helping them develop effective communication skills. You will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive environment for student growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in various settings.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences.
- Current Washington State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
