Soliant Education is dedicated to connecting talented professionals with schools to enhance student learning and support. We are currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Lincoln, RI.
Position Overview:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating students with communication disorders. You will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and support the overall development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulations.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights on student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Valid state licensure as an SLP in Rhode Island.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
