Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Willis, TX. In this role, you will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and speech disorders, helping them to improve their academic and social outcomes. Join us in making a difference in students' lives while working in a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress.
- Document and monitor progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights on each student’s progress and needs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Texas state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required.
