School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) St. Paul, MN
Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in St. Paul, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students, helping them overcome communication challenges and succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs.
- Provide direct therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students’ development and inclusion.
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- State licensure as an SLP in Minnesota required.
- ASHA CCCs preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
