Pay Range: $35-$55 per hour, based on experience
About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Seguin, TX. In this school-based position, you will work directly with students to diagnose and treat speech and language disorders, helping them achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to diagnose and evaluate disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students' needs.
- Provide therapy services to students individually and in group settings.
- Work closely with teachers and parents to ensure students’ needs are met.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff to track student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Texas State SLP License.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with other educational professionals and support students' needs.
