Description:
Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist eager to make a difference in a vibrant school setting? We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time SLP in San Antonio, TX, starting August 19, 2024, and continuing through May 29, 2025. This position offers the chance to work itinerantly across elementary schools, providing vital speech and language services to young learners.
While bilingual skills are preferred, they are not required. We welcome candidates who are committed to fostering effective communication skills and supporting the educational development of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students in an itinerant setting.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create and implement effective therapy plans.
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory.
