Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Round Rock, TX. In this role, you will provide speech and language services to students, helping them overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives while working in a supportive and dynamic school environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school staff to implement effective strategies for improving communication skills.
- Monitor student progress, document results, and make adjustments to therapy plans as necessary.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to provide input on student goals and progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Texas SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
- Prior experience working in a school-based setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional growth.
